Kara M McKendry, PA-C

Kara McKendry is a physician assistant who specializes in neurology. She is a multiple sclerosis certified specialist. She is certified in using the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) and in using Botox for chronic migraine. She is also trained in vagus nerve stimulation. She enjoys spending time with her patients and providing thorough, comprehensive neurological care.

Kara received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is also certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. She has been recognized by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as a Partner in MS Care and Center for Comprehensive Care.

She sees patients ages 18 and older and speaks English.
